A premium studio experience that combines expert-teaching with an environment that people genuinely want to spend time in.

Real Pilates that works - Too many Pilates studios don’t teach Pilates. At Kinder Pilates we do. Every Client will be taught the basic principles so that they get the most out of every class. It is about understanding your body and strengthening it safely.

Personal and tailored approach - It is not just about walking Clients through a lesson plan but explaining why we’re doing an exercise and what muscles we are using.

Progress you can see - I want you to feel like you are progressing and improving week by week. I always ensure that Clients are given safe but challenging progression to exercises to they feel challenged and see results.

Friendly space - You will be challenged by each class but always feel like the people around you have your back.

“I want everyone who walks about of the studio to feel stronger and more confident.”

Rachel

I have been teaching Pilates for over 15 years and have experience working with a huge range of body types. My journey as an instructor began in Sydney where I lived with my now husband and was surrounded by people living such a healthy lifestyle that it inspired me to train. I qualified as a mat and reformer instructor with Stott Pilates and then went on to get an Advanced qualification as well as specialising in pre and post-natal Pilates and Pilates for Menopause.

I think that Pilates is a magic-form of movement. It safely strengthens and challenges your body as well as giving you time for yourself.

It all begins with the basic principles.

Breathing, neutral spine and core engagement. Once you understand these you can challenge and push yourself, safe in the knowledge that your body is protected and will be for the future.
